Terms of Service

By placing an order from Salah Frame, you agree to the following terms:

A deposit is required before production starts. Orders will not be printed or prepared until the deposit is confirmed.

After placing your order, please send the deposit payment screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number.

Production starts after deposit confirmation and design/order approval.

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size, border color, design, and shipping details.

For custom uploaded-image orders, customers must provide a clear image with suitable quality for printing. If the image quality is low, our team may contact the customer before production.

Salah Frame has the right to contact the customer to confirm order details before starting production.

Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.
