Because our products are printed and prepared based on each order, production starts only after deposit confirmation.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after production has started.

If the product arrives damaged or there is a clear printing/manufacturing issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or suitable solution if the problem is confirmed.

Custom orders, uploaded-image orders, and personalized designs are non-refundable once production begins.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct size, border color, phone number, and shipping address before placing the order.
